Candice Haynes

Candice Haynes is a Florida and Louisiana attorney. Mrs. Haynes earned her undergraduate degree at Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Communications. Mrs. Haynes obtained a Juris Doctorate and Graduate Diploma from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she attended on a dean’s academic scholarship.

While in school, Candice had a successful run in the beauty pageant circuit — winning Miss Louisiana USA 2015 and Miss New Mexico 2012. She would compete in Miss America 2013 and Miss USA in 2015, where she finished in the top 10 representing Louisiana. She is currently very active in advocacy and volunteer work in the greater Orlando area.

Candice focuses her legal acumen on domestic litigation, prenuptial agreements, uncontested divorce, adoption, child support, spousal support, and marital property issues. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, and Seminole County Bar Association. Candice has successfully litigated cases across the states of Florida and Louisiana.

Outside of the practice of law, Candice loves to stay active, emcees city events, and enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and precious fur babies, Dora and Polly.
