About

Giovanni is the Head of the Foreclosure Division at the Haynes Law Group. In April 2019, Giovanni joined the firm as a Legal Assistant. His compassion, skill and determination to fight for homeowners facing foreclosure has helped save hundreds of families’ homes.

Over the years, Giovanni has taken initiative to become the firm’s top legal assistant. His passion for the law and helping those in need, have helped lay the foundation in making the Haynes Law Group one of the leading firms in the Country in foreclosure defense, surplus litigation and probate.

Giovanni is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a certificate in Crime Scene Investigation. In college, he was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity where he gained invaluable experience in leadership and acts of service serving as the Fraternity’s Vice President and Philanthropy Chairman.

In Giovanni’s free time, he enjoys traversing the world with his beautiful wife, Rachel, watching sports, and enjoying the company of his two pups, Tayo and Bean.
