Does The Haynes Law Group Work with Third-Party Surplus Funds Recovery Companies?

Recently, I’ve been receiving several calls from Third-Party Surplus Funds Recovery Companies who are looking to partner with my firm to represent their clients (former Florida Homeowners who lost their property at Florida foreclosure auction) in the recovery of their surplus funds. Allow me to be the first to say that the Haynes Law Group DOES NOT work with Third-Party Surplus Funds Recovery Companies. Haynes Law Group, P.A., takes pride in working directly with the former Homeowner to ensure that their needs and rights to the surplus funds are properly protected after going through a difficult time.

If you are a former Homeowner and have been contacted by a Third-Party Surplus Funds Recovery Company, please do not sign anything until you have consulted with an experienced Florida Foreclosure Surplus Funds Recovery Attorney. Oftentimes, Third-Party Surplus Funds Recovery Companies will send a former Homeowner a document known as an “Assignment of Interest.” However, what the former Homeowner doesn’t know is that this document effectively assigns away their right to the surplus funds to the Third-Party Company. Once this has occurred, it can be difficult to recover said rights, and once the funds are disbursed to the third-party company there is no way to get them back into the Court’s registry. I have had several consultations with prospective clients looking to file a claim for surplus funds and have had to tell them that there is nothing we can do for them because they have assigned away their rights and the funds have already been disbursed. In contrast, for those whose funds were not disbursed yet, I was able to fight to recover their rights along with the funds that belonged to them.

If you are a former Homeowner and have been notified that there are surplus funds available for you to claim, then please give me a call and I will personally give you a free consultation. During our consultation, I will confirm whether there are surplus funds available to be recovered as well as answer any questions that you may have. If there are surplus funds available to be recovered, then I will also provide you with a personalized strategy as to how we can assist you with the recovery of YOUR Florida foreclosure surplus funds.

At Haynes Law Group, P.A., we are well-versed in the Florida statutes governing Florida homeowners’ claims to Florida foreclosure surplus funds and have helped to recover millions of dollars for former Florida homeowners. We represent former homeowners all over the state of Florida, no matter which county they are in, and will work tirelessly to ensure that you receive the Gold Standard of Legal Service.
